Associate/Sr. Associate - Inbound Sales and Customer Services
The Associate/Sr. Associate – Inbound Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for attending inbound calls from existing and prospective customers to provide them customer service on current products and/or services. The inbound sales and customer service associate will also identify and exploit opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling new products and services over the phone.
> Attending inbound calls to explain the product, features and services to the existing and potential customers.
> Report customer's expectation/queries to the Sales and Delivery team.
> Ability to meet/exceed all performance goals on a consistent basis.
> Skilled at inbound sales in “consultative” environment.
> Provide timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
> Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers.
> Participate in huddle sessions, share best practices.
> Working in closely with Asst. Mgrs, SME's & QA’s on the process for an excellent team and process performance.
> 6 – 36 months of experience in an International inbound sales campaigns.
> Should be willing to work in graveyard shifts.
> Experience in inbound sales programs preferred.
> Excellent English verbal communication skills
> Ability to handle customer objections / obstacles and accurately collect information.
> Basic computer knowledge- MS Office familiarity with the internet environment.
> Willingness to work 24X7 basis pre published schedules.
> Understanding of Mobile Platforms such as Android, Windows, Apple, Blackberry etc.
> Understanding of Telecom plans such as Pre-Paid, Post Paid, Service Contract etc.
